YMCA Fitness Center

Studies continue to support the effectiveness of employee fitness programs for improving employee quality of life, reducing health care costs, increasing productivity and decreasing absenteeism.

C. Michael Davenport spent over a year researching fitness centers to develop the optimal fitness center for Prevention Park. The Frankfort YMCA Health and Wellness Center offers state of the art equipment, cardio theater, an indoor walking track, and an indoor swimming pool in this satellite location.
